Teslyte Technika: Reduce energy consumption and maintenance cost by programming, commissioning hundreds of networked lights, control sensors and photocells in group and schedule based on a calendar. Program lights on/off/dimming for any specific area tailoring to each event via one central management control station.

Sylmar Court Apartments -
Sylmar Court Apartments is a 100% affordable housing development for homeless applications serviced by the County of Los Angeles Department of Mental Health. Teslyte provided affordable 25W LED wall sconces for the project within four weeks, including design, fabrication and UL certification. This development provided 25 permanent supportive housings units for chronically homeless applicants and six for homeless applicants.
Natren Probiotics -
Natren Probiotics was looking to update the architectural design of the building and was seeking a local lighting manufacturer to provide wall-mounted perimeter lighting.
